Two bright private rooms (plus small sitting area) on lower level in a 3 story heritage house, seconds away from Gorge Road (near Victoria Canoe and Kayak Club).
Separate entrance, on street parking, dogs considered (sorry no cats due to a dog who currently lives in the home).
Shared laundry, private storage with potential of extra shared bike storage if needed.
Seconds walk to #11 bus (#8 on Sat/Sun).
Nearby parks include Gorge Waterway (gorgeous), Esquimalt Gorge Park and Gorge Walkway (runs along the waterway).
Walk score is 64. Fairways, BC Liquor Store, gas, Shoppers Drug Mart, CIBC bank, Gorge Point Pub and Tillicum Mall are all super close.
The bathroom on the middle main floor (toilet, sink, standing shower) is for your use.
There is a small kitchenette on the lower level for you (convection/microwave, small 'beer' fridge, and portable cooktop - not pictured here), sink for dishes, etc. and possible use of kitchen upstairs if needed.
INCLUDED: Hydro, water/garbage/compost, and cable/internet (unless you'd like to hook up your own).
This space would suit single (preferably female) adult(s), single parent, or students attending school, but not limited to - great personalities are welcome upon meet and greet.
Long term tenancy is preferred.
In home daycare is run on the middle main floor Mon-Fri, 7:45am-4:45pm, and top (3rd) floor is owner's space (bedroom/bathroom). Due to family business being run, no cigarette smoking is permitted on the property.
Private side yard for your use, and potential to share the main backyard where current dog likes to run around. She is very friendly, almost to a fault, but could be somewhat intimidating on first meet - she's an excitable lover!
