This Penthouse studio is located in Sidney, 20 minutes drive from Victoria. It was formerly a boutique hotel by the water, set in a beautiful 1.5 acre heritage private garden. Unfortunately the hotel went into receivership, the 22 units were sold and we were fortunate to buy one.
Now it is a residential condo with the setting and feel of a luxury hotel.
As you enter the building you will be surprised by the three storeys high atrium with its spacious lobby and lounge. Adjacent to the lobby there is a large patio with a barbecue for everyone in the building to use. Other facilities include a well equipped exercise room, sauna, laundry room and secure interior parking.
On the third floor, accessible by the elevator, is our particularly bright spacious studio with large patio doors that bring in the sunlight and a 10 ft ceiling.
