Good Morning Everyone - Early 40’s non-partier looking for a quiet suite to do my computer work. Seeking a bachelor, basement suite, 1 bedroom suite, or studio of some kind for rent available immediately or March 15th or 30th movin date. Hoping for furnished but if not that's ok too. Im a clean quiet guy. I do web development and marketing full time. Been in business 10+ years. Dont smoke or do drugs of any kind. Very light social drinker. Rarely have guests if ever. No pets. I bike everywhere so dont need parking either. All short term and long term rental arrangements considered. Hoping for max rent of $1000. All areas considered. Great landlord references.
