SAN Juan 21 Mark 1 1974 in Sidney, British Columbia for sale

sailboat with a trailer I am working on. I don't have time to work on it, or have the space any longer.
The trailer has been completely disassembled, ground , refinished and re assembled. New winch cable, new fenders made but not mounted, new bearing buddies, new front jack and new u-bolts etc.
The trailer has papers. As of now using magnetic LED tow lights with a flat 4 connector. I have a plate from an insured trailer so I can move the boat to save some money on registering and plating until complete.
I have stripped out all wiring, carpeting and cushions as they were not in salvageable condition. Close examination of the hull shows no soft areas in the core, and no visible damage or previous repairs. The only repair I had to do to get the boat on and off the trailer was to replace a broken keel winch cable
I have all fittings, mast, main sail and jib, stays and some rigging, rudder is in good shape, includes factory outboard motor mount
it needs- hull paint, topside painting and interior painting. I have filler for any cracks, pinholes or scrapes needing repair.
the Port and Starboard lights are new, the Bow, Stern and Mast lighting if desired would need to be purchased. The original cabin windows were not salvageable, I have a source that can supply factory reproductions with smoked plexiglass for under $300 also available any and all original parts, including the original San Juan 21 , and keel instruction stickers for under$5 each.
With a bit of work, and minimal rigging, and a decent log-shaft outboard, this boat will be ready to be customized to your liking and ready to provide another 40+ years of enjoyment.
I have all kinds of literature, parts lists, copies of the original owners manual and pricing quote from 1973!
not looking to make a bunch of money here, just want to see what I've put in so far, the value is in the completed trailer, and all kinds of parts, the mast and the sails. Given a couple months of work it would be a basically brand new boat, and I would like to see it go to someone that will love it for many years to come!
I am leaving in May for a few months and if it's not gone by then I will put it in storage.
