A wonderful 27' sailboat that is good to sail as is, there is some interior work that one may want to address or just use as is.
With the Yanmar inboard diesel / self tailing winches / roller furler / single handed set up / stove - oven she is well worth putting a little bit of love into to make her your own.
Stemarian is located on a mooring in Tsehum harbor. "note the mooring does not go with the boat."
I am firm on the price of 3500 as if I choose to part it out I will make much more but I really hate busting up functional boats.
Note the dodger has been removed and could use fresh canvas.
The sails are in very good condition, there is a jib and a large jenniker, the main is in very good condition as well.
Basic Interior is complete but is unfinished, with the exception of needing a belly rub and bottom paint the boat is ready to sail as is.
Like with any boat lots more can be done but the basics are in place.
The white doors and port side painted wall has been removed.
