We have one very large (14' by 12') room available for rent in our home in Tanner Ridge -- a small community just north of Elk/Beaver Lake in Central Saanich. Our home is centrally located, and there is plenty of off-street parking available. We are a five-minute walk from a major bus route (#72) that will get you into town within 25 minutes, or to the Royal Oak Exchange within 10 minutes.
We are offering one large room with hardwood floors and an area rug, your own bathroom with sink, vanity, and shower staff, and a kitchenette with a sink, new toaster oven, storage cupboards, and a small refrigerator/freezer. We are a young family with children, and we're interested in renting our space to a quiet female (student or otherwise) as a monthly rental -- no lease is required.
If you love dogs and you are comfortable living in a shared living arrangement (we are upstairs as a family of four, your private living area is on the ground level of the home), please feel free to contact us to meet us and view the space, which is available as of April 1st.
The bedroom has enough space for a bedroom and living area and feels more like a small studio apartment. You are welcome to use our backyard and deck in the summertime, if you so choose.
