Hello all,
I am seeking a roommate that can move in anytime.
The house is on a main road that gets great bus service, and sun all day round. Large deck, overlooking the backyard. Slightly dated kitchen that I am working on redoing.
The house is very central in Royal Oak.
-5 minute bike ride to Vic general;
-10 minute walk/bike ride to camosun interurban ;
-15 min drive to UVic;
-15 min drive to Lansdowne ;
-15 to langford;
-20 min to Royal roads; and
-15-20 min bus ride to downtown .
The room is 13x11 so the photos do not do it justice. Large closet, and desk.
The property is surrounded by walking and running paths, kids playgrounds etc. Supermarkets are close by including the RedBarn, bakeries and coffee shops.

A little about me:
I am government worker 8-5, mid 30's with a well behaved child over the weekends. I have three requests: No drugs, no smoking on the property and no overnight guests when my child is over.
