Hi there,
I have an entire house and I'm looking to rent out the master bedroom. It's a spacious room with a large closet and in the corner of the top floor of the house. The room comes unfurnished so you would have to bring your own stuff. You would have access to the entire house, of course. There's even some space for storage.
Important stuff up front:
1. My children (aged 6 and 2) have a bedroom and will live in the house Saturday evening through Tuesday (and occasionally on Wednesdays). During the week, they won't be home during the day (at daycare) and they go to bed early in the evening. They're very sweet children and you would barely notice them.
2. No pets (somewhat flexible), no smoking (of any kind), no drugs. This is not a party house.
Who I'm looking for:
1. I would prefer someone who works full time but I'm also ok with students.
2. Someone around my age range (30)
3. Male or female doesn't matter
4. A mature, responsible, friendly person.
5. Someone who regards cleanliness as important
6. Someone with good references and who doesn't mind occasionally seeing children living in the same house.
7. If you're a person who sticks to themselves, that's totally fine. If you like socializing, that's cool, too. If you have some nice friends, I don't mind if you want to invite them over occasionally to hang out.

1. Your room would be the spacious, unfurnished master bedroom
2. Utilities included in rent - I have a wood burning insert in the fireplace for the winter to keep utility costs down
3. Laundry - washer and dryer
4. High speed wireless internet
5. BBQ and deck
6. 1 Shared bathroom
7. Large fridge and also a deep freeze
8. Dishwasher
9. HUGE backyard
10. Street parking
11. TV (no cable but Netflix).
12. No lease required - month to month is fine.
13. 50% Security deposit required.
14. We'll split the cost of common household items (like toilet paper and cleaning supplies)
Location: The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac street that is next to the Galloping Goose near McKenzie and the highway. It's relatively quiet and near the 50, 22, and 21 busses. It's very close to Uptown and Tillicum.
