One lovely, bright room available for rent in a shared house. Smaller room is $515 or a larger room for $535. Either room can be fully furnished if you need for an extra $15/month. Utilities will be $70/month and include heat, water, electricity, internet and parking.
The house is fully furnished, has two bathrooms, free laundry, some storage space available and space for bikes. There is a bus stop right at the bottom of the driveway that heads downtown and we are within walking distance of Camosun Interurban, VI tech. Park, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc..
Looking for nice folks who are relatively neat and tidy. You would be sharing the house with a female, small-scale organic flower farmer, a male UVic student and two very polite cats. Our home is nice and peaceful and feels quite rural, even though we're still so close to town. There's lots of beautiful outdoor space to hang out, BBQ or lounge in the hammock.
Available October 15th or November 1st.... No lease required.
