We are looking for a roommate (male or female) to sublet a Fully Furnished Bedroom for Jan 1st, 2016. - Must have references!
We live in the top level of a nicely furnished 3 bedroom house in the Esquimalt/VicWest area. There is currently a young couple in their mid-late 20s upstairs. We also have a 3 yr old chocolate lab named Ivy who lives with us. We are all easy-going, sociable, and respect each other's personal space. The house comes with a full kitchen (upstairs & downstairs which is a basement suite) separate washer and dryer, patio, BBQ and large yard, street parking, full sized washroom, living room-dining room combined. Hardwood floors throughout entire house, 60' TV, new appliances, very clean and well maintained.
Bus route to downtown Victoria & University 2 min away. 5 min walk to Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, A&W and bank. Conveniently located to shopping and Wholesale Warehouse Grocery Store.
