1979 Watkins 27 in Sidney, British Columbia for sale

This is a well preserved example of a Watkins 27 sailboat. Check out the Watkins on the web and you will see it is a well built quality coastal cruiser.
As you can see in the photos, while not pristine, the vessel is in very good condition. This was my first sailboat and she treated me very well. Now it is time for something a little bigger.
While I live in High River Alta the boat is moored in Sidney BC. As we will be spending most of the rest of summer out sailing please contact me by email if you have any questions. I rarely check messages on the phone.

* 2 - 100 watt Coleman solar panels c/w Coleman controller. All new.
* Belkin 1000 watt inverter (new).
* New Garmin 742 Chartplotter c/w charts
* New Standard Horizon GX2200 VHF transceiver, AIS receiver.
* Eagle depth sounder. Dated but functional.
* Tiller pilot
* Ground tackle 200' rope, 65' 5/16 G4 chain
* Manual windlass. Portable mount, used to raise anchor only.
* Cozy Cabin Force 10 propane furnace (requires thermocoupler $200)
* Electrosystems propane sniffer c/w auto shut off.
* 3 burner propane stove with oven. Stove works well, I've never used the oven.
* 40 gal potable pressure water system. Manual foot pump in the galley not hooked up. I've always used the pressure system.
