WANTED: WANTED: Older SUV or Truck for towing, collector plate in Sidney, British Columbia for sale

I am looking for an SUV or Truck that I will use to tow. SUV is preferred over Truck. I want one that can qualify for a collector's plate. That means it must be in good visual condition - no dents, large scratches, broken parts, rust, etc.
It needs to be 25 yrs old, or 15 yrs old and from a make that no longer produces vehicles, such as Pontiac, Hummer, saab, plymouth, mercury, etc.
It does not require a towing hitch, as I can get a mechanic to install one after market. However, I do need it to be rated to tow up to 3000 lb. If you do not know, I am sure Google can help with that.
I would preferably like to pay less than $7000, but there is no hard fast budget. However, cheaper models will have priority to me.
