My great grandfather first owned this desk and it has been passed on to me about 10 years ago. Its solid wood and hand carved accents and is in great shape for its age. Never been restored and shows the wear marks from the time spent at it. Its a beautiful piece and fully functional, my wife and I just do not use it for more then a shelf and now we are wanting to clear the spare room.
