Clean, well looked after, textured brown couch with chaise. Really comfortable. Bought 3 1/2 years ago.
90" L x 35"W x 32"H. Chaise is 60" long and can be used on either side.
Very good condition - regularly cleaned and vaccumed. The only reason we're replacing it is because we're changing the decor of our house and it doesn't match.
Small tear on the arm as show in picture.
Non-smoking, cat friendly house.
