Custom patio seating with storage, cushions in Sidney, British Columbia for sale

Fantastic outdoor patio set for small condo patio. There was no room for a simple table and chairs, but this brilliantly designed set seats 7 comfortably, with room for moving around and even a fire pit in the middle (or BBQ in opposite corner).
Outdoor mold-proof, weather proof, stain resistant cushions and fabric (handles snow rain direct sun without fading). Cleaned red wine off them multiple times. End portion elevates to adjustable height for reading/lounging (much like a chaise). All solid wood, painted with outdoor paint, mounted on plastic tiles OFF the floor (no rot or mold on bases, never sat in water). All bases are hollow for ample storage and protection from weather.
Overall L shape, measuring 100 inches by 70 inches, each bench is 18in deep, 14in high plus 4.5in cushion. Add cabinet for propane to the end of the "short part of the L" with quick release hinges and open back with matching fabric cover. Base of the L with back rest is extra deep 26 inches and cushion covers full surface.
Must go as a set, or just the "base of the L" including back rest for $400.
