This wine rack is a TOP quality, professionally spray-painted white (NOT edge-taped)
It is NEW and unused. It is surplus to a custom kitchen order that has been amended.
The photo shows that each shelf is shaped to keep the bottle perfectly centered, so all the bottles look neat and orderly. All the shelves are removable, as well.
The legs are easily adjustable to fit under a counter top
