WANTED: Housing + Horse Board in Sidney, British Columbia for sale

Looking for a long-term place for my horse and I.
Must be at least one other horse, or my guy gets lonely.
Bachelor, trailer, one bedroom, or two bedroom. Above or below ground, not picky.
I can do all the cleaning, and one feed a day as I work full time. Can also provide feed if necessary but would prefer not. Able to help out with other barn chores. Would be fine working as a steady groom or barn hand and can be arranged with my current job.
Prefer deep cove/Sidney/Saanichton but open to other locations.
No more than $1200 a month please. Have both boarding/equine and landlord references.
