I have a good size bedroom available before July !st on the main floor of my newer character home for one fine responsible individual, shared with myself and one other long term tenant, he has his own bathroom and I don't cook, so sharing bathroom and kitchen with one other person.
Main floor features real wood floors, 9'+ ceilings, decks (for smoking), an awesome kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. The basement has the rec room (fireplace, tv, stereo, pool table) laundry and half bathroom, the other ensuite bedroom, and my private woodwork shop.
The yard is well maintained, with some extra room for your garden if desired, and there is on site parking for one vehicle, and bus service is right out the door.
Rent includes internet, cable, laundry, heat, etc.
