I am looking for a roommate to share my 3 bedroom, 1500 sqft upper level place.
Centrally located to Camosun (12 min walk), UVIC(15 drive), Vic Gen hospital (5 min drive) etc. Surrounded by biking, running paths and 3-4 parks within short walking distance.
The house gets sun all day, even in the winter. Nice big back yard and front yard is shared with quite tenants below.
The room is 13*10 with significant storage space. Can come furnished or not. Just let me know. Tons of on street parking.
I am a working professional, and shared parent of one child. Vape friendly but not smoking.
