Rooms are approx. 10.5 x 11.5 ft or 10 x 9 ft, laundry on site, shared rec room and kitchen (appliances, utensils, dishes, pots, etc..), 2 fridges, 3 bathrooms. No drugs, no smoking, no parties, no pets. Central location to grocery stores, Camosun Interurban, Uptown shopping/Walmart, bus exchange, highway -- one bus transfer to get to UVic or Camosun Landsdowne. Furnished, utilities included (new windows, new gas furnace, new electric hot water tank so never run out of hot water). Highest speed unlimited internet. Plenty of on-street parking. You provide your own sheets/blankets, make your own meals, come and go as you please. Near Bremerton and Judah street intersection, in the Glanford area, west Saanich. Quiet house of introverts.
