Fleetwood Utah 2007; large tent trailer with slide out sleeps 7+ in Sidney, British Columbia for sale

Fleetwood (Coleman) Utah Tent Trailer, 2007. We are the second owners, first couple hardly used it and we have continued to keep it pristine - no shoes, no pets, no smoking. There are no leaks and no mould or mildew and we kept it covered when not in use. New battery August 2018. Incredible design gives so much room even if you get a rainy day - two KING beds, slide out dinette converts into a double bed plus a Jack-knife sofa = sleeps at least 7!
Has an inside kitchen with 3 ring stove top, sink, fridge, direct vent water heater, furnace, outside shower, outside BBQ that attaches to side of unit (RVQ), front exterior storage box, Yakima roof bars (we used to carry bikes). Spare tire on back, one propane tank, and large awning. Winterized every year and not used during winter months so no salt exposure.
